HRAPARAK: ANOTHER SCANDAL ARISES IN ARF

With unsettled problems between NKR and Armenian organizations of ARF,
the party is facing yet another scandal, Hraparak reports.

According to the paper, ARF MP Artsvik Minasyan secretly negotiated
with PAP over appointing his brother-in-law Tigran Harutyunyan
as mayor of Talin. Minasyan met with Gagik Tsarukyan as well as
“negotiated” with NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan in an effort to make
his brother-in-law a consensus candidate.

However, RPA plans to nominate head of its local organization Zhora
Grigoryan for mayor of Talin, the paper writes.
