ARTSVIK MINASYAN: THE GOVERNMENT’S PROGRAM IS BASED ON BANKING THINKING

Artsvik Minasyan, ARFD, said in his speech relating to the program of
the government that the latter has been worked out based on banking
psychology, hence it can’t be effective. According to Minasyan,
the program can be just called “it will be good”.
He says 270 thousand people are jobless in Armenia, while the
government promises to open 100.000 jobs. According to Minasyan,
there are positive directions in the program, but since the latter
is not consistent with the current challenges, it is still doubted
whether we can fulfill the minimal, but I know it is impossible and
the reason is the acting political system in Armenia, said Minasyan.
