ARMENIAN PRESIDENT INVITED CSTO STATES’ LEADERS TO ARMENIA IN SEPTEMBER

YEREVAN, MAY 21, ARMENPRESS: During CSTO summit in Moscow President
of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan invited leaders of member states of
the organization to be present at the military exercises of
CSTO collective forces rapid reaction which will take place in
Armenia in September. Armenpress reports that about this mentioned
CSTO Secretary General Nikolay Bordiuja during the TV Bridge
Yerevan-Moscow-Kiev-Astana-Chisinau on May 21.
“In this regard the first staff negotiations have already been held,
the second staff negotiations will be held soon. Six countries will
take part in the military exercises – all CSTO member states except
Uzbekistan” mentioned Bordiuja.
During the sessions of CSTO Defense ministers National Security
Councils’ secretaries have been discussions on technical issues of
military exercises too.
