Volker Beck, an MP from the Green Party of Germany, sees only a
peaceful way of settling the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
At a conference on democracy in Baku, Azerbaijan, he noted that the
problem must be resolved with due respect for national minorities’
rights to self-determination.
The German MP did not say a single word about territorial integrity,
which caused fit of hysteria in Azerbaijan.
