Italy is interested in development of economic relations with Armenia

YEREVAN, MAY 12, ARMENPRESS: Italian companies are interested in
making investments in Armenia. Italian Ambassador Extraordinary and
Plenipotentiary to Armenia Bruno Scapini told Armenpress about this.
In his words at present all necessary conditions have been created to
interest foreign investors to have business in Armenia.
“The business environment in Armenia is great, plus the fact that
Armenians and Italians understand each other well enough for
cooperating” said the Ambassador. He highlighted that the appearance
of Italian companies in Armenian market during the last period is the
evidence of deepening Armenia-Italy economic relations. “There is
great workforce in Armenia. The union of world famous companies and
that workforce can have great positive influence on the development of
Armenian economy” said Scapini.
The number of companies operating with Italian capital in Armenia is almost 100.
