HERITAGE MEETING KAPAN THWARTED

Members of the Heritage party today were prohibited from campaigning
their supporters near the cultural center of Armenia’s southern
city Kapan.

Head of the cultural center Ashot Beglaryan said they had not been
informed about the meeting in advance. Even the mayor’s office was
unaware of the meeting, therefore, Beglaryan considered it illegal
and banned people from gathering outside the premises.
