PanARMENIAN.Net – Gohar Grigoryan has joined the Ramsey office
of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as a sales associate,
NorthJersey.com reported

A Paramus resident, Grigoryan possesses “extensive knowledge” of the
local housing market, said a company spokesperson. She has worked in
real estate for the past six years.

“Gohar has extensive experience working with investors, buyers and

supplies her clients with effective strategies through every stage

Fluent in both English and Armenian, Grigoryan provides educated

holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Montclair
State University.
