Armenian women team recorded its first success in Turkish city Mardin
hosted World Women’s Team Championship. In the first round Armenian
team defeated the team of Greece, Armenian chess federation’s news
site informs.

The other sets were hard for the favorites of the championship. The
Chinese team tries hard to defeat the Turkish team, and the Russian
team defeated its Vietnamese rivals.

After the first round Armenia, Georgia, Russia and China lead the
championship. Today Armenia will meet with Georgia.
