Azerbaijani politicians should learn democracy in Karabakh

YEREVAN. – Nagorno-Karabakh state institutes are fully established and
independent, ruling Republican Party MP Hovhannes Sahakyan told
Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Karabakh registers 20th anniversary of its independence referendum on Saturday.

The vertical power of Karabakh is an established one, while democratic
principles are on high level. The electoral process fully meets
European standards with its transparency and justice.

`Azerbaijan will find something to learn. It may send its
representatives for trainings on democracy after Karabakh gains
recognition,’ the MP said.
