ZHOGOVURD: MINISTER INFORMS AGAINST HIS OWN PARTY?

Armenian Minister of Transport and Communication Manuk Vardanyan (Rule
of Law party) has recently been seen in the Yerevan center, strolling
in company with Harutyun Karagezyan (Prosperous Armenia Party).

It looks strange, given the fact that the ex-chief of Armenia’s traffic
police Margar Ohanyan, who is in custody now, was “the last person”
to be in close contact with Mr. Karagezyan.

The Rule of Law party if not ‘enthusiastic” about it. They suspect Mr.
Vardanyan of informing Mr. Karagezyan of the situation within the
party. Mr. Karagezyan, in turn, is in rather close relations with
PAP Chairman Gagik Tsarukyan.
