ARMENIA-EU RELATIONS “ARE NOT MEASURED WITH MONEY ONLY”, CATHERINE ASHTON SAYS

Yerevan/Mediamax/. EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs
and Security Policy Catherine Ashton said in Yerevan today that
despite economic problems, “Europe has a strong desire to fulfill
its commitments and reinforce relations with South Caucasus countries”.
When asked about the possible influence of the second wave of crisis
on the reduction of EU’s financial assistance to partner states,
particularly to Armenia, Catherine Ashton said: “We would like to
strengthen our relations, not weaken,” Mediamax reports.
At the same time, she pointed out that “our relations are not measured
with money only.”
