Only 7% of the Russians consider Armenia as a reliable partner,
reports the Russian Public Opinion Research Center.
The most reliable partners in the CIS are Kazakhstan – 42% against 37%
in 2010, Belarus – 36% against 23% and Ukraine – 15% against 21%.
Azerbaijan has received 5%, Moldova, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan – 3%
each, Turkmenistan – 2%, Georgia and Tajikistan – 1% each.
The most trustworthy president is Nursultan Nazarbayev (Kazakhstan)
– 37% against 32% in 2010, followed by Alexander Lukashenko (Belarus)
– 28% against 16% and Viktor Yanukovich (Ukraine) – 17% against 12%.
