MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT RESIGNED

Member of Parliament Armen Melikyan, Bargavach Hayastan Party, the
owner of Raphael Medical Center, resigned from parliament yesterday.
His resignation was “confidential” until the moment when his name
on the official site of the National Assembly appeared among former
members of parliament.
Member of Parliament Naira Zohrabyan confirmed this information. “As
far as I know, he is going to take on another job. I think Mr.
Melikyan will inform later about his new job,” he said.
We have learned that Academician Armen Melikyan, surgeon, has received
an offer from a foreign clinic.However, it is notable that last
week Armen Melikyan attended the meeting of parliament and wanted
to meet with some members of parliament to discuss some legislative
initiatives. And he handed in his resignation only yesterday.
