Units from the Russian army’s 102nd Military Base in Armenia commenced
planned command-staff exercises.
“At initial phase of the exercises, the units were brought to high
state of combat readiness and they will transfer from the permanent
installation point to Alagyaz Educational-Training Complex,” official
website of the Russian army informed.
During the exercises, an Armenian-Russian tactical battalion exercise
with combat shooting will be carried out under complex tactical
conditions. More than 500 military servicemen will take part in,
and at least 150-unit military equipment from the102nd Military Base
will be used during, the exercises.
