MEMORANDUM OF MUTUAL COMPREHENSION TO BE SIGNED BETWEEN JUDICIAL ACTS COMPULSORY ENFORCEMENT SERVICES OF ARMENIA AND ESTONIA

Mihran Poghosyan, Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Republic
of Armenia, received today the Chancellor of the Estonian Chamber
of Bailiffs and Bankruptcy Trustees and Mati Kadak, vice chairman of
the Chamber of Bailiffs and Bankruptcy Trustees of Estonia.

Press officer of the Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service told
Armenpress that the interlocutors discussed issues on development of
cooperation between Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Services of
the two countries.

Mihran Poghosyan stressed that Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement
Service of Armenia is interested in introduction of the new model
of electronic management with the advanced experience of Estonia,
which is also worth studying.

The Chancellor of the Chamber of Bailiffs and Bankruptcy Trustees
in his turn expressed gratitude to the Chief Compulsory Enforcement
Officer of Armenia for warm reception and in that context attached
importance to conduction of international scientific-practical
conference in Armenia.

A signing of a memorandum of mutual comprehension is intended in near
future between the Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Services of
Armenia and Estonia.
