SARAH CONNOR’S CANCELED YEREVAN CONCERT TICKETHOLDERS NOT FULLY REFUNDED

YEREVAN. – Ever though months have passed since the cancelation of
renowned singer Sarah Connor’s concert in Armenia’s capital Yerevan,
some ticketholders still are not fully refunded.

7-9 million drams ($18,913-24,317 US) are still not refunded from
close to 20-million-dram ($54,038) worth total ticket sales, VH –
Music Production company’s manager Vahe Harutyunyan told Armenian
News-NEWS.am. In his words, they have refunded those ticketholders
who had purchased their tickets directly from the concert’s organizers.

Harutyunyan added that October 20-25 will be the penultimate phase for
refunds.Sarah Connor’s scheduled Yerevan concert, which was organized
by VH Music company, was postponed 3 times and ultimately canceled.

Subsequently, Armenian Police Force received preparatory material
on swindle charges against Vahe Harutyunyan, as the ticketholders
were not refunded. But a criminal case was not launched because of
corpus delicti.
