French-Armenian friendly relations have a rich history and after
Armenia acquired independence the development of bilateral ties
enhanced, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, who is currently visiting
France, said at the meeting with the mayor of Paris, Bertrand Delanoë.
The Armenian leader also said cooperation between the two countries
is improving in various fields.
The president also approved the role the Armenian diaspora in France
plays in this process.
