RUSSIAN, TURKISH PRESIDENTS DISCUSS NAGORNO-KARABAKH CONFLICT

Karabakh conflict discussed in Yaroslavl.

Presidents of Turkey and Russia exchanged views on the Nagorno-Karabakh
conflict settlement along with other issues during a meeting in
Yaroslavl.

This was stated by Turkish President Abdullah Gul in remarks for
journalists upon return from Yaroslavl where he attended the World
Political Forum.

“We discussed various issues, including missile defense issues with
my friend, Russian President Dmitriy Medvedev,” said Gul.

The meeting also discussed the ongoing developments in the Middle East,
the President added.

“It was a short but very fruitful visit.”
