THE STEPANAKERT AIRPORT LIKELY TO BE READY IN OCTOBER

Yerevan/Mediamax/. The construction works of the Stepanakert airport
will be finished in October.
Head of the Department of Civil Aviation Service at the NKR government
Dmitri Adbashyan told Mediamax about it today.
According to him, the construction works were scheduled to finish
in mid-September 2011 but unfavorable weather conditions hindered
its completion.
Dmitri Adbashyan informed that the airport’s runway strip has already
been asphalted and the construction works on installing a radiolocation
system are currently being carried out.
