Yerevan/Mediamax/. The USA and the European Union speak about the
establishment of Armenian-Turkish relations based on preconditions.
Head of the Central Office of “Hay Dat” and Political Office of
Dashnaktsutyun, Kiro Manoyan, said this in Yerevan today, Mediamax
reports.
“USA and EU already say that the Armenian-Turkish relations should
be established on the basis of Karabakh settlement,” he said.
According to Kiro Manoyan, this position, to some extent, is the
failure of the Armenian diplomacy as Armenia has been guided by the
principle of “establishment of relations without preconditions.”
Talking about Armenia’s position regarding this issue, representative
of Dashnaktsutyun said that the country should recall its signature
under the Armenian-Turkish protocols, after which quite another
process may be launched
