“Skype” Internet Company considers Nagorno-Karabakh as a part of
Armenia, Polish “Biuletyn Informacyjny Studium” (BIS) magazine
informs. Among the paid calls Karabakh is in Armenian tariff
list – “Armenia-Yerevan” – 12,1cent, “Armenia” mob. 23 cent, and
“Armenia-Nagorno-Karabakh” 26,2 cent.
According to the source, “Skype” isn’t the only company to consider
Karabakh a part of Armenia. It’s said that among Armenian operators
ArmenTel, K-Telecom CJSC (VivaCell), Orange (Orange Armenia CJSC)
and Armenia – Karabakh Telecom can be found.
Nagorno-Karabakh has its own local operator Karabakh Telecom.
