AIDS epidemic toll is low in Armenia

HIV virus and the fatal AIDS epidemic highest toll is recorded in
Swaziland, where 26% of the population is sick, Russian `Itar Tass’
news agency quotes UNAIDS Executive Director Michel Sidibe as saying.

According to the source the toll of the disease is high in Botswana – 24,8%.

`The great part of people in Russia still gets infected because of
drugs,’ Michel Sidibe stated.

AIDS epidemic toll is low in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia and
Uzbekistan, where 0,1% of the adults is infected.
