STATEMENT OF THE PARLIAMENTARY FACTIONS OF NKR

Today, the parliamentary factions of Nagorno Karabakh Republic issued
a joint statement, which notes that 17 years after establishing
the truce, the Azerbaijani side questions the authenticity of the
agreement. And this is reflected in the escalation of tension,
resulting in death of people.
The statement expressed regret about the fact that the encroachment
of the Azerbaijani side does not have respective response by the OSCE
Minsk Group.
It is already obvious that the Azerbaijani side is not ready to resolve
disputed issues by peaceful means and is doing everything to aggravate
the situation.
Parliamentary forces of NKR fully support the adequate steps in
response to provocations of the enemy. We urge the OSCE Minsk Group
to use its mandate in full, otherwise they will be responsible for
the possible aggravation of the situation, is said in the statement.
