FIDH calls on to carry out new investigation of circumstances of Levon
Gulyan’s death

(Noyan Tapan – 11.05.2011) FIDH and Civil Soceity Institute call on to
carry out new, independent and unprejudiced investigation of
circumstances of RA citizen Levon Gulyan’s death and to punish the
transgressers.

The president of FIDH Suer Belasen noted this in his address.
