REQUIREMENTS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF NOTARY ACTIVITY IN ARMENIA TO BE FACILITATED

On Thursday, Parliament of Armenia adopted the changes and amendments
in the law “On Notary” in the first reading according to which the
requirements for implementation of notary activity is facilitated.
Presenting the amendments, Armenian Justice Minister Hrayr Tovmasyan
said that the changes suggest to reduce the dates of mandatory training
for starting notary officers from one year to half a year.
“The post of a notary can occupy the citizen of Armenia have a lawyer’s
experience of minimum five years”, he said.
