ARFD POSITIVE ABOUT ARMENIAN PRESIDENT’S ADDRESS AT ASTANA SUMMIT

On the whole, ARF Dashnaksutyun is positive about Armenian President’s
address at the OSCE summit in Astana.

Nevertheless, Kiro Manoyan, ARF Bureau’s Hay Dat and Political Affairs
Office Director, hopes that Armenia will recognize NKR not only in
case of war. “But if hostilities resume, Karabakh should unite with
Armenia,” he told journalists on December 3.

Commenting on the failure of Sargsyan-Aliyev meeting, he said
“situation is alarming and possibility of war is growing.”
