“The statement spread by Azerbaijani Defense Ministry has nothing to
do with the reality. Artsakhi side has not violated the cease-fire
regime and our units open fire only after Azerbaijan violates the
armistice,” the spokesman for the NKR Defense Army commander, Senor
Hasratyan, told Panorama.am commenting on the information spread by
Azerbaijani media as if an Azerbaijani soldier was wounded after the
Armenian side violated the cease-fire regime.
“If Azerbaijan has, in fact suffered, casualties, Azerbaijani media
should look for the causes in the context of the atmosphere prevailing
in the Azerbaijani army,” he said.
