Armenian Parliament’s Vice-Speakers, Arevik Petrosian and Samvel
Nikoyan met Wednesday with their counterpart from Artsakh, Artur
Tovmasian.

Parties discussed issues of intergovernmental cooperation and the
decision of the International Court of Justice in Hague over Kosovo’s
independence.

Artur Tovmasian said that the ruling over Kosovo can contribute to
the process of international recognition of Nagorno Karabakh. He
added that Nagorno Karabakh’s recognition won’t affect the process
of negotiations aimed at settlement to the conflict.
