The Grandmaster Varuzhan Hakobyan on the national open which was held
and ended in Las Vegas city of the USA received 5 points from the
possible 6 and got the second prize. He was left behind the winner,
grandmaster Timur Gareev (Uzbekistan).
Andranik Matikozyan shared the 6 – 10 places with 4.5 points. Tatev
Abrahamyan got 4 , Meliqset Khachiyan 3 points, informs the Armenian
Chess Federation.
On the tournament participated 105 chess players.
