RA SCPEC INITIATES ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE AGAINST ARMENTEL

On June 4, the Armenian State Commission for the Protection of Economic
Competition (SCPEC) held an extraordinary sitting, during which
it initiated an administrative procedure against ArmenTel company
on suspicion of possible violation of the competition legislation,
the SCPEC press service reported.
Besides, the commission inquired information for study from some
enterprises dealing with circulation of dairy products and sale of
imitation milk and children’s nutrition.
