AN EVENT DEDICATED TO 65TH ANNIVERSARY OF VICTORY IN GREAT PATRIOTIC WAR IN CAIRO

YEREVAN, MAY 7, ARMENPRESS: The 65th anniversary of victory of the
Great Patriotic War was ceremonially celebrated May 5 in Cairo.
Armenian Foreign Affairs Ministry press service told Armenpress that
the event which was conducted in the big hall of the Russian Cultural
Center was organized with the joint efforts of the embassies of CIS
states accredited in Cairo. The program included musical performances
on the themes of war and victory, reciting and photo exhibition,
where every country was presented in a separate stand.
There were over 50 Armenian citizens among the 300 guests of the event.
