Azerbaijan never requested the Russian Foreign Ministry to suggest
Turkey as the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing country, RF MFA spokesman
Andrei Nesterenko stated.
"Russia received no official offer as to the above. To make this a
topic of discussion, we, at the very least, need the agreement of all
conflicting parties. Considering the recent suspension of ratification
of Protocols on normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations, we can
hardly expect it," the diplomat said during a briefing in Moscow,
RF MFA press service reported.
