On March 29, RoA President Serzh Sargsyan appointed Hamlet Gasbaryan
as Armenia’s new Ambassador to Romania, replacing Yeghishe Sargsyan.
The same day, President Sargsyan appointed Fadei Charchoghlyan to
replace Vahagn Melikyan as Armenia’s Ambassador to Kuwait.
