Ankara Wants to Negotiate with Diasporan Armenians?

During a CNN Turk program, Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet DavutoÄ?lu,
in the process of normalizing Armenia-Turkey relations, expressed
willingness to initiate contacts also with representatives of the
Armenian Diaspora, reports Turkish daily Milliyet.

`It is not only with Armenia that we want to normalize our relations.
We want to tinitiate contacts also with Armenians living in the
Diaspora. At this point it would be wrong to group all Armenians on
the same plate and consider them as one whole entity. This should be
well understood. There will be Armenian communities that we will be
able to dialogue with … We should change their perceptions,’ said
the Turkish foreign minister.
