President of Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakian participated Tuesday
in the ceremony, dedicated to writer and publicist Zory Balayan’s 75th
birth anniversary, a spokesperson for Press Office of the Presidential
Administration of Nagorno-Karabakh said.
The ceremony was held at the Culture and Youth Palace in Stepanakert.
President Bako Sahakian congratulated Zory Balayan and awarded him
with Order of Mesrop Mashtots.
