NALBANDIAN TO MEET WITH OSCE MINSK GROUP CO-CHAIRS ON MARCH 16

On March 16, RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandian will
depart for Paris, where he will meet with the OSCE Minsk Group
co-chairs, according to diplomatic sources. The parties will discuss
Armenia’s proposals to the revised Madrid Principles.
Last week, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Elmar Mammadyarov,
met with the co-chairs.
The OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs had planned to visit the region
-Yerevan, Nagorno-Karabakh, and Baku, in particular – in late March
or early April, with the aim of reconciling the parties’ positions
on the not-agreed principles of conflict resolution.
