PSRC TO SET NEW GAS PRICES TODAY

February 26, Armenian Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC)
is scheduled to convene a meeting to consider ArmRosGazprom’s bid
for advance in gas prices. A month ago the Company appealed to the
Commission with an offer to set gas rate at 136 AMD instead of 96
AMD for 1 cubic meter of gas.

For large consumers gas will rise by 13 percent. The new prices will
be put into effect on April 1, 2010.
