STEPANAKERT, FEBRUARY 22, NOYAN TAPAN. The solemn opening ceremony of
Stepanakert Youth and Children’s Creative Center took place on February
20. Nagorno Karabakh President Bako Sahakian was present at it.
Attaching importance to center’s role in preservation of national
culture B. Sahakian expressed confidence that it will contribute
to children’s aesthetic education, revelation and development of
creative abilities.
