Interlaken. Fuad Gulubayli-APA. "Switzerland is a mediator between
Turkey and Armenia relations", said Swiss Foreign Minister Michelin
Kalmi-Rey, while answering APA correspondent’s question at the
conference on the future of the European Court of Human Rights in
Interlaken city, Switzerland:

"You know that, Switzerland plays a mediator role in this issue and
now this protocol has been sent to the parliaments of both countries.

That’s why, I don’t want to comment on this issue for the time being".
