PROPOSALS TO MADRID PRINCIPLES IN PROCESS OF BEING PUBLICIZED: NALBANDIAN

In accordance with that which was agreed in Sochi, the proposals
related to the Madrid Principles are in the process of being
publicized, said RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandian
during a press conference today and referring to Azerbaijan’s foreign
minister’s recent statement that the translated version of the Madrid
Principles are acceptable for Azerbaijan.
"When Azerbaijan presents its proposals to the revised principles,
the discussions will continue at that time," said Nalbandian, while
recalling that for about a year, Azerbaijan completely resigned from
including the proposals to the Madrid Principles in the negotiating
process.
"It’s Azerbaijan itself that stated that; they even unequivocally
denied the existence of such a document," said Nalbandian.
