ARMENIAN LEADER SAYS PROTOCOLS WITH TURKEY SUBMITTED TO PARLIAMENT

10 February: Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan gave an assignment
today to forward the Armenian-Turkish protocols for ratification to
the country’s parliament in the coming days.

The Armenian president said this today delivering a speech at the
Royal Institute of Foreign Relations, known as Chatham House, a
special correspondent of the Mediamax news agency reports from London.

On 9 February the Armenian president made an address to Turkish
President Abdullah Gul urging Ankara to observe previous arrangements.
