Chairman of the Interdepartmental Commotion coordinating Armenia’s
cooperation with European countries, Secretary of the National Security
Council of Armenia Arthur Baghdasaryan received Representative of
the EU Directorate on Foreign Relations Aily Rybuls and the Head of
the EU delegation to Armenia Raul de Luzenberger.
The two discussed issues related to Armenia-EU cooperation, the press
office of the NSCA informs.
Arthur Baghdasaryan noted that the "Armenia-EU" Action Plan is being
successfully implemented; deep reforms are being carried out in
different spheres.
Aily Rybuls presented the plan of new institutional reforms within
the framework of the European Neighborhood Policy, which envisages
strengthening of administrative capacities of Armenia’s government
bodies ahead of the signing of the association, free trade and other
agreements.
