Karen Shakhnazarov awarded «Golden Eagle»

`Golden Eagle’ annual film award ceremony took place yesterday in
Moscow. Karen Shakhnazarov has been awarded in `best film director’
nomination for his `Ward #6′ film. Valery Todorovku’s `Dandies’ film
has been awarded as the Best film. Bogdan Stupka and Natalia Negoda
have been awarded best actor and actress of 2009. The prize is awarded
every year by the National Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences
of Russia and is a professional award recognising outstanding
achievements in cinematography and exceptional professional
contribution to the development of Russian and world cinema.
