Armenia’s Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian said doesn’t think any
breakthrough on the Karabakh issue is expectable this year.
"If Azerbaijan shows a constructive position, then a certain progress
and developments in the process may be registered. But I don’t think
a turning-point can occur at the talks in 2010," said minister at
the press conference in Yerevan.
