short program at the European Figure Skating Championships going
on in Tallinn, Estonia. Garnering 31,82 points, Balian is the 37th,
one from the bottom.
Russia’s Yevgeny Plyushchenko is leading with 91,30 points.
Pierre Balian, 25, lives and trains in Los Angeles, U.S. He represents
Armenia for the second time, after a vain attempt at Nebelhorn Trophy
in Oberstdorf last year.
