Armenian servicemen have seized an Azeri border trespasser, a source
at the Armenian Defense Ministry told Interfax on Monday.

"Another border trespassing attempt occurred on the Armenian-
Azerbaijani contact line on December 28, 2009. Eldar Heydar ogly
Tagiyev, a 47-year-old resident of the Alibeyly village in the Tovuz
district, was seized at about 9:00 a.m.," the source said.

International organizations were informed about the incident.

A criminal case was opened on border trespassing charges, the source
said.
