IN 2010 ONLY FIRST-FORMERS TO ENJOY SPRING HOLIDAYS

ArmInfo. In 2010 only first-formers will enjoy spring holidays. The
press-service of the Armenian Ministry of Education and Science told
ArmInfo that the education process at schools resumed on Jan 11.
Taking into account the fact that on 8-28 December the education
process was suspended at all schools and pre-school establishments to
combat the flu spread, in 2010 pupils will have to make up for the lost
time at the expense of spring holidays. Only the first-formers will
have an opportunity to have a rest from 22 till 28 March. In addition,
in the new quarter pupils will transit from the "five-day" regime
to a "six- day" one. If a school worked in the six-day educational
regime before, then additional hours will be introduced in the school
schedule.
