to Armenia will become evident in March-April 2010, according to
political scientist Alexander Markarov.
During a press conference held Wednesday in Yerevan, the expert
forecasted active developments for January, considering Constitutional
Court’s upcoming decision regarding Protocols and the subsequent
discussions to be held by Armenian Parliament’s Committee on Foreign
Relations.
