YEREVAN, DECEMBER 22, ARMENPRESS: Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan
signed December 21 a decree on appointing Armenian ambassador to
Kazakhstan Vassili Kazaryan as Armenian ambassador to Afghanistan in
combination (residence Astana).
Presidential Press office told Armenpress that with another decree
Armenian ambassador to Turkmenistan Vladimir Badalyan has been
appointed Armenian ambassador to Tajikistan in combination, residence
in Ashkhabad.
