1000 REFUGEE FAMILIES FROM AZERBAIJAN IN NEED OF HOUSING

A hundred refugee families are in need of housing, said at today’s
press conference chief of the State Migration Agency of Armenia’s
Ministry of Territorial Administration, Gagik Yeganyan. The campaign
for solving this matter costs $40 million, he said.
Besides, it will take some $38.5 million to return the internally
displaced persons, he told journalists. At the meetings with the UN
Chief Commissioner for Refugees and the UN Special Representative
of Secretary-General, the parties discussed these items and reached
an agreement to hold some additional meetings with migrant support
foundations, according to official.
